REED-USA, Inc. is a charitable organization specifically incorporated to raise United States funds for the Records of Early English Drama (REED) editorial operations, based at the University of Toronto. In March 2007 REED-USA, Inc. received federal Internal Revenue Service approval as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, which for the first time gives U.S. donors a simple, timely, and attractive vehicle to receive tax credit for their gifts to REED as well as to donate electronically via credit card.
